Delivering first class customer service in this busy National Accounts department, you will ensure that the clients are supported and that you are utilising all opportunities to cross sell and upsell your products.
Wlorking to KPI’s and ensuring that all administration and contract levels are adhered to. You will have previous customer service experience and sound communication skills together with being computer literate
