Avdome s revolutionary air shipping container is fully engineered and designed, we have a facility and manufacturing in place, and we are waiting on final FAA approval on the Ultimate Load Test which should happen by May 2016. Founded in 2012, we completed our first prototype in 2013, and have since developed and tested many more versions before arriving on the final product we have today.
With all the hard stuff behind us, we re ready to take Avdome Aviation to the next level. We have major buyers already lined up. These buyers, just like all others in the industry, buy huge amounts of shipping containers at a time. Thus, even one sale would result in massive revenues, but we already have three lined up: Jettainer, Chep Aerospace, and Japan Airlines.
We have several more companies interested who are just waiting on final FAA approval before proceeding. We hold patents and IP for our unique collapsible air cargo container design, ensuring we will remain an industry leader for the foreseeable future. Our manufacturing and distribution facility is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our goal is to manufacture 25,000 units our first year and 50,000 the second. Make sure to request access to the business plan tab of this profile to see how this translates into revenue and profit projections.
Our plan for 2016 and beyond: FAA certification should be complete by March or April, at which point we will move into our pilot program with 100 units, and then full scale distribution. We also plan on incorporating pharmaceutical shipping into our offerings in the near future.
