Dedicated to one site, this role Logistics Controller / Logistics analyst takes responsibility for off-site storage management and control, perpetual inventory control programmes, and inventory accuracy Job Title – Logistics Controller / Logistics analyst 6 month Fixed term contract Location – Oxfordshire Salary – Competitive Key Logistics Controller / Logistics analyst Responsibilities: Manage off-site warehousing facilities, and 3rd party transport providers to ensure effective and efficient utilization. Manage the inbound logistics, ensuring the correct Incoterms are in place.

Lead the month-end inventory reconciliation and reporting activities, to ensure that accurate and timely data is available to Accounts. Lead and manage perpetual inventory control (cycle counting) for the site, to ensure that cycle counts are completed in accordance with the agreed programme, and maintain associated records. Analyse and report cycle count results.

Investigate and reconcile cycle count variances in accordance with departmental guidelines. Produce weekly departmental metrics / KPI s. Maintain good working relationships with all 3rd party logistics providers.

Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures and work instructions in accordance with the Quality Management System.
