Manpower have a fantastic opening for a Commercial Permanent Recruitment Consultant to be based at our busy Stratford branch in London. This would be taking over a warm desk with plenty of existing business already on the books. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with an industry competitive salary (up to 26k) on offer for prospective candidates alongside an excellent bonus structure Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience running a successful recruitment desk (however other backgrounds will be considered) and someone with the drive to increase business as well as identify/maintain a talented candidate database.

The role: *To achieve agreed profit targets through developing business with active, inactive and prospect accounts and managing the recruitment and selection of Permanent candidates to ensure effective order fulfilment. *Engaging with prospect clients in order to gain business and following up warm leads from application forms, references etc.
Planning sales activity by dividing the market and identifying prospects. *Carrying out planned and unplanned sales visits with prospects and existing clients to establish needs and introduce solutions. *Key skill selling candidates to appropriate clients. * Continual Improvement – Actively gaining feedback from clients and candidates on the service they are receiving from Manpower in line with the Company’s quality standards and taking corrective action as necessary The candidate: * A passion and tenacity for sales is a must, both face to face and phone based. * An ambition to succeed and progress within a global organisation – we are looking for the managers of the future * The ability to develop and progress effective working relationships with both candidates and clients * Must be able to adapt to a fast moving environment. * A willing team player * Good administration and IT skills. * The successful candidate could come from any industry however they must be able to demonstrate examples of sales success and relationship building expertise which they can transfer into this role.
